The measurement gap

Most movement data disappears.

Rehab depends on movement, but much of movement quality is observed briefly, described manually, or lost after the session.

  1. A patient performs a rep.
  2. A therapist observes it.
  3. Some notes are written.
  4. The execution itself is gone.

Latitude preserves the execution as structured measurement without treating clinicians as the problem.

Movement quality over raw completion

Completion is not quality.

Ten reps completed is not the same as ten controlled reps. Latitude records whether the prescribed movement was actually performed, how consistently it was repeated, and where execution changed.
